The check-in time is 15:00~24:00, and the check-out time is 10:00.

Yes, you can freely use the kitchen and dining area in the shared space.

Travel books, umbrellas, hot spring supplies (shampoo, etc.), and baby chairs (Bambo) are provided free of charge.
We rent out nightwear for a fee of 200 yen.

There is a fully automatic washing and drying machine (free of charge).

The entire facility is non-smoking.
There is a designate smoking area in the outside carport.

Q:Is there a toilet in each room?
We have a dedicated toilet for each room outside the rooms.
Q:Is there only a shower room available?
Yes, there is only a shower room available.
For those who want to soak in a bathtub, we recommend the Yamato Onsen, which is a 5-minute walk away.
We provide free rental sets for the Onsen from the accommodation.Q:Can I watch terrestrial TV in the room?
Except for room #201, all other rooms can watch terrestrial TV.

The Wi-Fi password is listed in the house guide provided in the room.
Q:Is it cramped when used by the maximum number of people?
I think it might feel a bit cramped when all the beds for the maximum number of people are laid out.
Q:Is there any provision for drinking water or hot water in the room?
The kitchen sink has a water purifier installed.
There is a BALMUDA electric kettle for hot water.
About Access
Q:What are the transportation options from Kanazawa Station?
①About a 7-minute drive from Kanazawa Station.
②From bus stop 6 at Kanazawa Station, take the Kanazawa Loop Bus (Right Loop) and get off at RL3 Moriyama 1-chome stop. From there, it's a 4-minute walk.
③It costs about 900 yen (around 2km) by taxi.Q:Is there a convenience store around the accommodation?
There is a FamilyMart within a 3-minute walking distance.
In addition, there is also a drugstore about a 5-minute walk away.Q:Are there any restaurants around the accommodation where I can have breakfast?
There are convenience stores, McDonald's, and Sukiya nearby where you can have breakfast.

About Reservation
Q:Can children stay at the accommodation?
It is possible for children to stay at the accommodation.
The child fee for the room-only plan is as follows:
・Children aged 3 ~ 13 years old, will be charged the same as adults.
・Children under 2 years old can stay for free.

Pets are not allowed to stay, we apologize for any inconvenience.
Q:What is the maximum number of people allowed to stay?
The maximum number of guests allowed is 18 for the entire building rental. For private room reservations, there are 2 rooms for 4 people and 1 room for 7 people."
Q:Is it possible to change the number of guests after the reservation is confirmed?
Yes, but our cancellation policy applies to any changes in the number of guests.
Q:Is it possible to cancel the reservation after it has been confirmed?
Yes, cancellations within 24 hours are free of charge.
Cancellations after that will be subject to our cancellation policy.

Q:Do you provide meal service?
We offer accommodation plans with meals included.
Q:Are there staff members at the accommodation during my stay?
Our staff is not stationed on-site.
