Q: About Check-in and Check-out Times
A: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Please note that a late check-out fee of ¥3,000 per hour will be charged if you check out after the designated time. -
Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, parking is available free of charge. The parking location is provided in the house guide sent to you before your stay.
For large vehicles such as campers, the driveway is too narrow, so please use nearby parking lots.
Please contact us in advance if you plan to use the parking. -
Q: Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A: You may leave your luggage before check-in and go out, though cleaning staff may be present at times.
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage after check-out. -
Q: Is staff on-site during my stay?
A: Our staff is not on-site. Emergency contact information will be provided in the house guide sent to you the day before your stay.

Ａ：可能です。外出時・就寝時はケージをご利用いただき、留守番は４時間以内を目安でお願いいたします。
